The new season began on 24 September 2026 with updated squads and kits. EA’s anniversary announcement, published 28 August, describes a month-long third-anniversary celebration.

Use Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Before changing devices or reinstalling, open Settings → Account Management → Link Accounts and link your EA Account. Account links cannot be removed; reinstalling with unlinked guest progress can lose that progress.
EA: save your progressEA’s requirements page, updated 17 August, lists iOS 15 or later and Android 7.0 or later for the fall update. Android also requires at least 1.7 GB RAM and a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. GPU exclusions and device support still matter: meeting the OS version alone does not guarantee compatibility.
EA system requirementsCheck your connection, system updates and app updates, then follow the platform-specific EA help. Protect guest progress first; this guide does not recommend clearing app data or reinstalling an unlinked account.

Progress through rounds with house rules including Hot Zone, Position Hero and No Rules. Player cards have limited appearances, so rotate your squad. Earn Stars toward milestone rewards; plan your available players before each round.
EA update notes · published 24 Sep 2026Game Plans combine mentalities and formations. Choose Ultra Defensive, Defensive, Balanced, Attacking or Ultra Attacking. You can change formation during a match and players automatically adjust. Each mentality adjusts team width, attacking runs and defensive line together. This guide has not tested a universal best setup.
