Privacy

Effective 27 September 2026.

The device and task selector runs in your browser. Your device and task choices are not submitted to us unless you enable optional analytics, which records device category, selected task, language, page path, official destination domain and guide section clicks. We do not record codes, EA account details or credentials. We do not ask for EA credentials, account identifiers or code submissions, and this site has no account registration.

Google Analytics is optional. We load its script and send usage events only after you select Allow analytics. Google may then set analytics cookies and process request data, including IP addresses. We disable Google signals and ad personalization signals; this choice does not grant advertising consent. Before consent or after refusal, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics events. Your analytics choice is stored in browser localStorage with a timestamp and expires after six months. Reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Refusing stops further usage events and deletes this site’s standard first-party Google Analytics cookies. QA visits with ?qa=1 are labelled as internal test traffic, not evidence of real users.

Guide pages use Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies and process request data to deliver and measure advertisements, subject to applicable consent choices. Google’s published consent message manages advertising choices where required; our optional Analytics preferences do not grant advertising consent. About and Privacy pages contain no AdSense or Analytics scripts. See Google advertising data practices. Advertising availability and revenue are not guaranteed.

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, for delivery, security and operational logging. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Links to EA, app stores and other websites take you to external services with their own privacy policies. Code redemption and login take place on EA’s website, not here.
